Find thecompaniesworth talking to.

Outfind finds the businesses that fit, works out why now, and drafts a first email you can check line by line.

What Outfind works out for each company

Who.
Find the companies that actually match what you sell.
Why.
See why now is the moment, with a date and a source.
When.
Write with something real to say.

Outfind does the research.
You make the decisions.

It reads their pages, drafts the email and keeps the follow-ups on time.
Nothing leaves until you click Send.

A picture of one lead open in Outfind, on sample data: Sneha Joshi at Motionworks Physiotherapy, fit 92 of 100. The draft email says three things about the clinic, each numbered to the page it came from, and waits for Send.

Not another
prospect database.

Every lead arrives with the reason it fits, in a sentence you can check.

Why this company

A fit score built from their own pages, criterion by criterion.

Why now

A recent change, like a job posting, a funding round or a new leader, with its date.

What to say

A first email drafted from their own context, with every claim footnoted.

A sample first email

Check every line before it goes.

Hover or tap a number to see the page that claim came from. You read it, change what you like, and click Send yourself.

A sample: the clinic is invented, so its sources aren’t links.

Bookings for the new Baner clinic

Hi Sneha,

Congratulations on opening your second clinic in Baner1. Your booking page still asks patients to call the front desk2, and one coordinator now answers for both clinics3.

Slotwise lets patients book and reschedule online and sends their reminders on WhatsApp, so a new site starts with fewer calls at the desk, not more.

Would a 15-minute look next week be useful? If not, say so and I won’t follow up.

Asha

How it works

Four steps, and the last one is yours.

  1. 01

    Tell it what you sell

Your offer in your own words: who you help, and what changes for them.

  2. 02

    Find leads

Describe the businesses you want and pick the ones that fit. Nothing is kept until you pick.

  3. 03

    Research and a first email

It reads each business’s own pages and writes a short first email, with what it read beside it.

  4. 04

    You click Send

It goes from your own Gmail, Outlook or other mailbox. Follow-ups are dated, wait for the same click, and stop when they reply.

Nothing leaves without you.

Outfind does the finding, the reading and the writing. Sending stays with you, every time.

  • Your mailbox, your click

Each email goes from your own Gmail, Outlook or other mailbox, one at a time, when you click Send. There is no send-all and no autopilot.

  • A limit that protects your name

Twenty first emails a day from a new mailbox, rising to fifty over three weeks. Answers to replies never wait.

  • Follow-ups that wait for you

Dated in advance, sent on the same click, and stopped the moment they reply.

  • Never twice, never again

Every email is sent at most once, and anyone on your do-not-contact list is never written to again.

Questions.

What do 30 credits get me?

Every new workspace starts with 30, and no card. A search costs 2 and researching a business and writing its first email costs 3, so that is a search and 9 researched leads, or any mix. The cost is on the button before anything runs.

What happens when the credits run out?

Finding and researching wait until you have more. Everything already written can still be edited and sent, and follow-ups carry on. More are $30 for 300, in Settings under Billing: one payment, not a subscription, and they last 12 months.

Does Outfind send email for me?

No. It sends from your own Gmail, Outlook or other mailbox, one email at a time, when you click Send. There is no send-all and no autopilot, and follow-ups wait for your click too.

How many emails can I send a day?

Twenty first emails a day from a new mailbox, rising to fifty over three weeks, so the mailbox builds a history before it sends more. Answers to people who replied never wait and never count.

Where do the leads come from?

A search of the public web for businesses that match what you sell, read and checked one by one. There's no lead database to buy or connect.

Can I see what it read?

Yes. The pages it read about each business sit beside the email, with their links, so you can check anything before you send.

What if someone asks not to be contacted?

Every first email and follow-up ends with a line inviting a “no”, and carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Either one puts them on your do-not-contact list, so they are never written to again, including any follow-ups already scheduled. You can mark someone yourself too.

is already out there.
