Questions.

What do 30 credits get me?

Every new workspace starts with 30, and no card. A search costs 2 and researching a business and writing its first email costs 3, so that is a search and 9 researched leads, or any mix. The cost is on the button before anything runs.

What happens when the credits run out?

Finding and researching wait until you have more. Everything already written can still be edited and sent, and follow-ups carry on. More are $30 for 300, in Settings under Billing: one payment, not a subscription, and they last 12 months.

Does Outfind send email for me?

No. It sends from your own Gmail, Outlook or other mailbox, one email at a time, when you click Send. There is no send-all and no autopilot, and follow-ups wait for your click too.

How many emails can I send a day?

Twenty first emails a day from a new mailbox, rising to fifty over three weeks, so the mailbox builds a history before it sends more. Answers to people who replied never wait and never count.

Where do the leads come from?

A search of the public web for businesses that match what you sell, read and checked one by one. There's no lead database to buy or connect.

Can I see what it read?

Yes. The pages it read about each business sit beside the email, with their links, so you can check anything before you send.

What if someone asks not to be contacted?

Every first email and follow-up ends with a line inviting a “no”, and carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Either one puts them on your do-not-contact list, so they are never written to again, including any follow-ups already scheduled. You can mark someone yourself too.
